Do You Deal with Morning Anxiety?

I thought I was the only one who dealt with morning anxiety where as soon as you wake up, you get a flood of negative thoughts and anxious feelings about life which get your day off to a bad start. However, after encountering a number of other people with similar experiences, I’m finding that it’s quite a common occurrence.

As I get deeper into my personal healing work, I’m learning that everything, yes, EVERYTHING that we do has some sort of perceived personal benefit, even if on the surface it is detrimental to us and the people around us, including our loved ones, and we’re able to consciously identify these detrimental effects.
