Many of us are going through an issue, an obstacle, or a trial that don’t seem to have any end in sight. Year in and year out, we’re confronted with the same issue over and over again and we can’t seem to overcome it, whether it’s an addiction, a health issue, or being able to remove blocks pertaining to our self confidence, finances, relationships, etc. When we reflect on this issue, we see that no matter how hard we fought, it always seems to have gotten the upper hand and it doesn’t look like we’ll ever be able to overcome it. When I used to hear “experts” say that if there is something about someone you just simply can’t stand, it’s because it’s reflection of how you perceive yourself, I used to wave off such thinking and dismiss it as bunk. I simply didn’t understand this line of thinking. Read more…

Hey, it’s been awhile.
I’ll be honest and tell you that it’s more than me not having the motivation to write on here, it’s that I haven’t really had the desire. As I’ve been experiencing a lot of emotional release, shifts of perception, and self discovery, I’ve found that a lot of the motivations I’ve had that kept me on a routine have been shifting, which in turn has taken away my desire to do some of the things I was used to doing.
